* The Mortgage Index rate used for determining MarkleBank's Mortgage loan interest rates is the Federal Housing Finance Board's National Average Contract Mortgage Rate for the Purchase of Previously Occupied Homes by Combined Lenders. The Index rate will be adjusted monthly on the first of each month and rounded to the nearest 0.125%.
