Disclaimers
Request further information from our staff concerning fees and terms applicable to the advertised accounts. Account fees could reduce earnings. CD rates subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed until CD is opened. Fees, penalties, and early withdrawal may effect the actual interest earned and the Annual Percentage Yield (APY). (1) CDs are simple interest and compound annually except for terms under 12 months which compound at maturity. (2) CDs will be automatically renewed unless opened as non-renewable. (3) CDs/IRAs are fixed rates except the 18 month IRA. (4) Early withdrawal penalties are calculated on a simple interest basis, may invade principal, and are waived at death. (5) Rate is subject to change after account is opened. (6) Choice CD allows for one time option to a) withdraw up to 50% of the original investment (subsequent withdrawal penalty will be imposed for early withdrawals over the allowed amount) and b) increase the rate one time during the term. To exercise your rate change option, you must contact the bank in person or submit a request by mail. The interest rate on your Choice CD will be increased on the business day that your request is received. If you exercise the rate change option, the interest rate of your account will be changed to the rate offered for new Choice CD accounts at that time. If your rate is changed, the maturity date on your account will remain the same as originally scheduled. At maturity, Choice CD will automatically renew at the 40 Month Choice CD rate. All other terms will remain the same. Choice CD is not available to institutional and/or public fund entities. MEMBER FDIC
